Our Principal

Principal's Message

Welcome to University Heights Elementary School!

At University Heights Elementary School, we work together every day to make our school a place where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to do their best.

University Heights Elementary School is located at 645 Paxson Avenue in Hamilton Township, New Jersey.  The school was named in memory of Howard D. Morrison, a very distinguished educator, in 1977.

It is a true honor to introduce myself as the new principal of University Heights Elementary School. I am so excited to join the school community and our spirited Hamilton Township community as we begin a new school year filled with opportunity, growth, and connection.

I am deeply committed to fostering a school environment where every child feels seen, valued, and supported. My background spans general and special education as well as school leadership, and I believe that the most powerful learning happens when we embrace inclusive practices that celebrate each student’s unique strengths.

At University Heights, we will continue to build a culture where kindness, respect, and high expectations go hand in hand. By working together, students, families, staff, and community, we can ensure that every child not only achieves academically but also grows as a confident, compassionate member of our school community.

My door is always open and I look forward to hearing your ideas, feedback, and hopes for the year ahead. Together we will make University Heights a place where every student belongs, every voice matters, and every success is celebrated.
